Information Technology (IT): Set Up Role-Based User Account Credentials.

Health Information Management (HIM): Create Inclusion List, as applicable (For Example: For HEDIS Reviews).

Information Technology (IT): Directly Provide Credentials to User (s), and IT Support, As Needed.

Information Technology (IT): Terminate Remote Access to EMR/EHR At End Of EHR Activities.
